After a long ass while, here it is, featuring cutscenes, takedowns, 2 more weapons, 6 more levels, and many more hats and customization, also pee.

i held off on this for a loooong time. haven't been motivated. then one day i got a sudden burst of motivation so i spent a few weeks working on the levels and upgrades and all that cool stuff, now i can safely say the game is complete (minus updates maybe)
